Consultation calls are scheduled through our booking partner, Cal.com. Session and class scheduling, credits, and cancellation policies for enrolled members are governed by the terms provided at sign-up through our membership platform.
Payments for programs and memberships are processed securely through Stripe and/or our membership platform. All sales are subject to the refund and cancellation policy provided at the time of purchase.
Athletic training carries inherent physical risk. Participation in any Fortified program is at your own risk, and Fortified is not liable for injuries except to the extent caused by our gross negligence or willful misconduct. Nothing in these terms limits liability where such limitation is not permitted by law.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
We may update these terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
