• Membership and account information: if you become a member, we collect athlete and guardian names, contact information, emergency contact details, class attendance, and membership/credit history.
• Payment information: payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your full card number on our own systems.
• Communications: if you text or call us, or we text or call you, we retain a record of that message or call and its content for customer service and scheduling purposes.

How We Use Your Information

• Respond to inquiries and schedule consultations or sessions
• Provide, manage, and bill for our training programs and memberships
• Send appointment reminders, scheduling confirmations, and account-related communications by text, call, or email
• Improve our programs and website

SMS & Calling Communications

If you provide your phone number, Fortified may contact you by text message or phone call regarding appointment reminders, class scheduling, and general customer service — for example, confirming a session or following up on a program inquiry.

Who We Share Information With

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with the service providers who help us operate our business:

• Stripe — payment processing
• Cal.com — call scheduling
• RingCentral — text and phone communications
• GymStudio — membership sign-up and billing
