No. Personalized Training serves any athlete whose situation calls for one-on-one attention — recruiting, return-to-play, position-specific work, or simply preferring 1:1 coaching.
If you can't train with us in person, we offer remote programming options for athletes who travel, attend college out of state, or are between seasons. Reach out for details.
We work alongside your physical therapist (if you have one) and build a graded return-to-sport progression. Loading is conservative early, aggressive when the data says it should be — all coached one-on-one.
