Program 01 · Team Training

Built to compete.

A high-standard team environment for athletes who want structure, accountability, and progress they can measure. Train alongside teammates pushing the same standard — every rep, every session, every season.

The Program

One standard. No exceptions.

Team Training is built around the way real athletes get better — structured programming, shared standards, and consistent measurement. Every athlete shows up to a coach-led environment where the work is planned, the intensity is honest, and the progress is tracked.

We blend speed, agility, strength, conditioning, and mental performance into a single, integrated block. Athletes move through movement screens, baseline testing, and a multi-week cycle designed by Fortified coaches around the team's sport and season.

You won't be guessing what to do next. You'll be training with intent — and competing with the athletes next to you to be the best version of yourself.

Who It's For

If this sounds like you, you're in.

01

Serious Middle & High Schoolers

Athletes in grades 7–12 who want structured training they can stick with year-round — in-season, off-season, and every block in between.

02

Team-Sport Competitors

Baseball, softball, football, basketball, volleyball, soccer, lacrosse, track. If your sport rewards speed, power, and durability, this program is built for you.

03

Athletes Who Want Accountability

You train better around teammates who are pushing back. Team Training is built for the athlete who shows up — and brings others up with them.

What's Included

Eight things, one program.

Everything an athlete needs to develop — built into a single, coach-led block.

01

Speed & Agility

Linear acceleration, change-of-direction, deceleration mechanics. Get faster in the directions your sport demands.

02

Strength & Conditioning

Compound lifts, accessory work, and conditioning blocks scheduled to the season — never random, always purposeful.

03

Mental Performance

Confidence cues, pre-competition routines, and the language of high performers — coached on the floor.

04

Movement Screening

Every athlete is screened for mobility, asymmetries, and limitations before training begins — and re-screened on cycle.

05

Performance Testing

40-yard, vertical, lateral, broad. Real benchmarks, repeated through the year, so you can see what's actually improving.

06

Competitive Environment

Train alongside athletes who don't take days off. The standard isn't optional.

07

Coach-Led, Every Session

You won't be handed a program and left alone. A Fortified coach is on the floor coaching the movement.

08

Recovery & Mobility

Warm-ups, mobility work, and recovery education built into every session — because durability is part of speed.

How It Works

Four steps. No mystery.

01

Intake & Screen

Movement screen, baseline testing, and a conversation about your sport, position, and goals.

02

Programming

Coaches build a 6–12 week block matched to your team's season, your sport, and your screen results.

03

Train

2–3 sessions per week with a Fortified coach on the floor. Every rep, every detail, every standard.

04

Re-Test & Re-Cycle

We re-test the benchmarks, review your progress, and build the next block. Then we go again.

Common Questions

Before you commit.

What grade levels do you train?

Team Training is built for athletes in grades 7 through 12. We've trained athletes earlier and later — schedule a call and we'll talk through fit.

How often do athletes train?

Most Team Training athletes train 2–3 times per week. We adjust frequency by season — heavier loads in the off-season, sharpening blocks in-season.

Do you train one sport, or all sports?

We train athletes across baseball, softball, football, basketball, volleyball, soccer, lacrosse, and track. The programming adjusts for the demands of your sport.

What's the time commitment per session?

Sessions run 60–75 minutes. That includes warm-up, mobility, the training block, and recovery work — not just lifting.

Can I train year-round?

Yes — and we encourage it. The athletes who see the biggest jumps are the ones who train through every season, with the program adjusted to where they are.
